Everyone at Jems Bookkeeping & Accountancy is dedicated to delivering the best business, tax and accountancy advice and exceptional service to every one of our clients.

Em ManchéeFMAAT AATQB MICB PM.DipDirector
Em established Jems in 1999. She began as a sole trader and worked for clients as a bookkeeper.
From the beginning she knew Jems could grow, it took a lot of hard work, training and dedication to build the business until it was incorporated in 2008. Em has successfully developed the practice over time to the full service offering it is today. Over those 20 plus years she’s experienced many of the trials and tribulations in building a successful business and loves nothing better than helping her clients to succeed. “It makes it all worthwhile”. Em is a fellow of the AAT and her portfolio includes growing businesses where she can introduce business, accounting and tax solutions, to ensure the client maximises income, protects wealth and reduces tax.
Em loves working with start-ups, helping their businesses grow from virtually nothing into something that a business owner can be really proud of.
In her spare time, Em loves to binge watch box sets, whilst eating chocolate!
