I found Jems number on google, I was in quite a state of panic due to issues in relation to tax and self assessment. This was something I knew nothing about, it was late and Jem answered. Not only that she gave me a good hour or so of her time for free to try and help me make sense of what had happened and supported me to complete the self assessment forms. She was open and honest and advised that her service would not be able to offer me anything additional than what I could do and paying them would just be an additional cost.
Jem is amazing and kindness and good will with professionalism goes a long way. Would highly recommend if in need of an accountancy service.
